What you'll do
- Lead and review the work of electrical, mechanical and plumbing engineers and modelers
- Set up BIM execution plans, templates, families and standards
- Run coordination meetings and clash detection across all trades
- Report progress and quality to the US project team
What we're looking for
- Engineering degree (required): BS Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary or Civil Engineering
- At least 5 years of MEP BIM experience, including 2 or more leading a team
- Expert in Revit MEP and Navisworks; BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud a plus
- Comfortable reading US construction drawings and specifications
- Good written English for RFIs, emails and model notes
- Reliable internet and a computer that can run Revit (or willing to use a company workstation)
Pay and what you get
- ₱81,000 base pay per month
- Work on real US construction projects with an experienced team
- Modeling, coordination and drafting only: design and stamping stay with the US engineer of record
- Shortlisted applicants complete a short paid Revit modeling test
- Night differential paid as required by law for hours worked at night
