Privacy notice
How Tiervek handles personal information collected through tiervek.ph, under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Who we are
tiervek.ph and Tiervek Command are operated by TierVek LLC ("Tiervek", "we"). For personal information you give us on this website, Tiervek is the personal information controller. Contact for privacy questions and requests: privacy@tiervek.ph.
What we collect
- Demo requests: your name, business name, mobile number, email, type of business, city or municipality, anything you write in the form, the sales representative's code if you came through one, and the time and IP address of your request and consent.
- Website use: basic technical information your browser sends (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) in server logs.
- Calls and messages: if you call or text Tiervek, our phone system records the call and its transcript, and our AI receptionist (which always says it is an AI) may take a message or book a call.
Job applicants
If you apply for a job on tiervek.ph, we collect what you send us: your name, email, mobile number, city, degree and license details, experience, LinkedIn link, message and resume, plus the time and IP address of your application and consent. We use it only to consider you for the role you applied for and similar roles, and to contact you about them. Your application and resume are emailed to our careers inbox and are not stored on the website. We keep applications for up to 1 year after you apply, unless you're hired (then they become part of your employee record) or you ask us to delete them sooner. Email careers@tiervek.ph to access, correct or delete your application.
Why we use it
- To contact you about the demo you asked for, by phone, text or email, and to follow up about Tiervek Command (based on your consent).
- To credit the sales representative who helped you.
- To keep the website secure and working (our legitimate interest).
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run Tiervek, under contract and only for that purpose: our website host (SiteGround), our cloud host (Amazon Web Services), and our email and phone carriers. Some of these process data outside the Philippines, including in the United States. We require them to protect it to a standard comparable to the Data Privacy Act.
How long we keep it
Demo requests and related messages are kept while we're in contact with you and for up to two years after the last contact, unless you become a customer (then our customer terms apply) or ask us to delete them sooner. Consent records are kept as long as needed to show you gave consent.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your personal information, to object to its processing, to have it corrected, erased or blocked, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to claim damages. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). To use any of these rights, email privacy@tiervek.ph. To stop texts, reply STOP; to stop emails, reply "stop".
How we protect it
Personal information is encrypted in transit, each business's data is kept separate in our systems, and access is limited to staff who need it for their work.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll post the new version here with its date.
