What you'll do
- Build and update ductwork and mechanical piping models from US design drawings
- Run clash detection and resolve conflicts with other trades
- Prepare coordination and shop drawings, including spool and fabrication drawings
- Help with submittals, RFIs and quantity takeoffs
What we're looking for
- BS Mechanical Engineering (required); registered Mechanical Engineer a plus
- Revit MEP and AutoCAD; Navisworks a plus
- Comfortable reading US construction drawings and specifications
- Good written English for RFIs, emails and model notes
- Reliable internet and a computer that can run Revit (or willing to use a company workstation)
Pay and what you get
- ₱31,000 base pay per month
- Work on real US construction projects with an experienced team
- Modeling, coordination and drafting only: design and stamping stay with the US engineer of record
- Shortlisted applicants complete a short paid Revit modeling test
- Night differential paid as required by law for hours worked at night
